Hello! I’m Ellie - a pre and post natal fitness specialist and mummy to two little boys.
Welcome to Bump to Baby Fitness - a fun and friendly environment where you can maintain your fitness during pregnancy and gently get back into fitness post-birth.
Classes offer a chance to meet other expectant and new mums in the local area and are open to all levels of fitness. Exercises can be adapted to suit any stage of pregnancy or post-natal recovery.
